My mom's really funny sometimes.

On our way home from Galleria, my mom, brother and I were talking inside the jeep about the phone and internet.

Faerie: "Ma! Paayos mo na 'yung fone. Sabihin mo nahihirapang gumawa ng thesis yung anak mo dahil walang internet." *snickers*
Mom: "E di doon ka na lang sa labas mag-internet. Sa mga net cafe."
Faerie: *makes face* "Ehhh! 'yoko don! Magbabayad pa 'ko, wala nga akong pera. 'chaka 'di ako at home."
Mom: "Pa'no ka naman magiging at home, eh wala ka naman sa bahay mo."
Faerie: *sweatdrop*
Big brutha': "Yun 'yun eh!" *laughs*

Spiritual healing...

Early in the morning. Both of us were in her room. She was preparing for her work. We were talking about salaries and how magastos we are and stuff and since we joined a religious group, I said:

Faerie: "Ma, kailangan mo talaga ng spiritual guidance."
Mom: "Bakit?"
Faerie: "Para maging spiritually healthy ka."
Mom: "Spiritually healthy naman ako eh. 'Yung mga kasama ko lang talaga dito sa bahay eh mga evil spirits, puro gastos!" *chuckles*
Faerie: *rolling on the bed, lol*

'Yung mga hirit yun eh...

My mom and I were talking about her problems. On money, job, children (hehe...again and again)

Mom: "Ewan ko ba! Nung mga bata pa kami, kami na ang gumagawa ng mga household chores namin, di na kami inuutusan. Nagkukusa na kami, bakit kayo kailangan n'yo pang utusan? Ang lalaki n'yo na eh.."
Faerie: *sighs* " Ma, ganon talaga. Syempre kayo wala naman kayong helper n'on. Eh sinanay mo kami na may helper kaya yun." *chuckles*
Mom: *hiss/chuckles*
Faerie: "...kaya talagang spoonfeeding na simula pa noon."
Mom: *raising her hands* "Hay naku! Itatago ko na lang yung mga kutsara...!"
Faerie: *lol*


Hahaha! It just means that even though we have problems, we have to be strong and just laugh it off! (connected ba? hehe)
