Funny Road Trip!
Last friday, I accompanied Siops, or Paolo, to the mall for his Valentine Shopping. He has this plan of giving his ex-girlfriend a Valentine treat. Long story. Anyway, we went there and well, shopped. So, after that, we got to his car and drove off.
On our way to Galleria, an officer asked us to pull over. Know why? Because Siops forgot to turn on his headlights. Yes, he violated a rule. I, who didn’t have a clue about driving, don’t know what’s going on at first until the officer told us the violation. We really didn’t know what we felt that time. it was a mixture of everything that we felt nothing. After all of that happened, we drove off again and burst into laughter.
I don’t know but it was totally funny. It was a first-time experience for me. And for him too. We totally talked about everything, about what happened, and discussed what we felt that time and laughed at our feelings on that moment.
We wished my since-fetus best friend, Mae, was there. Siops said, surely she would laugh at him. I made fun of him, what do you think Mae would do. For sure it would be more than laughing.
We also came into thinking. About those times when we were kids, we were just riding bikes and blades. I don’t even have my own bike or blades when I was younger (he, on the other hand, had roller blades before). But now, he’s driving and we (rather I) felt that we’re adults. Well, not really adults since we’re just 19. I’ve known him and my best friend since we were kids, so these things were kind of unbelievable… or surreal. Whatever.
So there, don’t forget to turn your headlights on when you’re driving at night.
Haha!
Much Love!
(p.s. i already posted this one, but it was lost...
and another thing: good luck to Pao-pao Siopao
tomorrow-february 11!)
